Upstream Seal Two-way Valve
The trunnion mounted ball valve adopts the advanced spring preloaded floating seat assembly and the design
mechanism of the upstream seal, so that the valve can be well sealed under low pressure, high pressure and
vacuum. Each valve has two valve seats, which can be sealed in both directions, so there is no restriction on
the installation direction, no matter which end of the valves can be used as the upstream end, it is a two-way valve.
Fireproof Design
When an accidental fire or abnormal temperature rise causes the non-metallic valve seat to soften
and burn, the specially designed valve seat supporting metal sealing surface forms metal-to-metal
contact with the ball under the action of the spring load, which can play an instantaneous sealing effect,
conforming to API6FA Or the provisions of API607.
Stem and Seat Emergency Sealant Injection
The seat ring and the valve stem have a special grease injection valve. In case of the leakage,
the grease will be injected to the valve ball surface and stem room to create a temporary sealing.
Double Block and Bleed
The trapped cavity pressure can bleed out by vent fitting or drain plug when the valve is in
fully open or fully closed position. The fluid is intercepted by seats of up and down stream
side. So the stem packing or O-ring may be replaced under working pressure. Each seat works
independently assuring tight seal against ball on both upstream and downstream side.
